I don't think it's the same teen romance story told over and over again, but if it was who cares. It's not another remake, which I get sick and tired of, like are there no original stories to be told? Anywho. We've got Henry and Grace, while there are deep feelings between both they don't get a HEA. Which sucks, I felt for them both, I cried buckets, but I absolutely ADORE the movies/books that make you feel things! Being a teenager sucks, because you do find yourself at such a vulnerable period in your life, old enough to no longer be naive about the world around but too young to be taken seriously and so full of emotions and contradictions that you don't know what to do with.
All in all, great film, Lili Reinhart is beautiful as always. Well written, acted, produced! 🙏🙏🙏.
